hello all, some of you might have heard of PMR Garage Special. well i am the P in PMR. my cousin mengo is a memeber on here. he used to own an older white L wagon. i bought my first subaru a couple of weeks ago. it is a black 5sp 1999 impreza L wagon. i bought this car to replace my 2000 honda civic SI as the daily driver. i got tired of worrying about the SI not being in the driveway when i woke up. i am a newbie when it comes to subarus so please excuse any dumbs questions i may have in the future. i hope to learn from and meet some of you guys in the future.

its good to hear that the olders ones get left alone. its one of the main reasons why i bought the subaru, plus the AWD would come in handy in the winter. i havent gotten around to taking pictures yet. i was busy getting my 94 civic hatchback race car ready for RockFalls this past sunday. i blew a small 1/4in hole in the block on sunday so im taking a break from it. now im concentrating on cleaning the SI to get ready to sell. it took me 2 hours to clean the interior. it wasnt very dirty but i was just being anal. tomorrow ill wash the SI and do the subaru while im at it. i will post pictures afterwards.

Another SOHC turbo civic. I used to have one with t28bb turbo and slived block, sold it last year. Made little shy of 280whp at 15psi. Welcome to MNSUBARU.
it looks better in the pictures than in real life but for the price i paid for it, its well worth it. you should see the interior, oh man is it nasty.
Very clean SI. Reminds me of my old one.. which is ricky's old one. The Black '99. I sold it for the same reasons. I was sick of having people follow me around and wouldn't drive that damn thing most places. I must say, I'm pretty happy to be away from hondas. Not saying they are bad cars, but if I got another one it would be stock old man driving car like an accord or something. I'm done modding hondas. Too much of a theft factor.

Holy turbo batman! Nice cars and welcome! I live like 15 mins or so from rockfalls. I'll have to keep my eyes open for you when I'm out there from now on. Hope you get it back up and running soon!
dont worry. im not a crazy time attack, taking fast corners type of person he is. i will always be into hondas. im just taking a short break right now. blowing the block was the kick to my ass that i needed to start saving up and buy a house. with the 8k tax credit, ill be back better than before for the 2010 season. goddam that was a long as time ago. its hard to remember the faces let alone the names. LOL! i was like "wth is felipe doing on this site?" you should change your sn to 4drsubarumaster. is it black? want to trade hoods? :laugh: thanks
