Try taking the battery out of the fob and putting it back in. Then lock and unlock the doors. What happened is you basicly told the alarm the car has unauthorized entry because the alarm is still engaged it has set your imobilizer. To reset it you will need to cycle the locks. you can try to do it manually from inside the car as well.

I also used my keys to open the door once and had the same problem u did. I had to unlock and lock it from the inside then it worked.

I had the compustar 2 way system installed in November and it has been nothing but a pain in the butt since I got it. Mine has locked itself with the keys in it a few times but usually unlocks itselfs 5-10 minutes later. And it constantly needs reprogramming. And it never remote starts the car when it 10 degrees or less so kind of defeats the purpose of remote start.

We got her sorted out. Turned out to just be a very corroded positive battery post.
