Ok, so I've been trying to get my hands on a picture of a drilled/tapped Phase one Dohc ej25 head for quite a while now. Several people say they have done it, but no one seems to have any pics. I think I know what needs to be done, but I'm not about to take a drill to my head before I'm dead certain. If anyone can help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Are you drilling and tapping for an oil return or for what reason?

I'm drilling/tapping for a coolant feed. There is already a oil galley that jsut has a bolt in it that I am using for The Oil feed. Then I'm returning the oil to the pan. I need a feed line for the coolant, and then the other goes to the extra coolant tank for the turbo.

Have you thought about using the heater core lines? i used those when i needed a coolant source for my TD04. I just redirected the coolant through the turbo before it entered the fire wall. It worked perfectly and made my heat really crank out the BTUs. I am sure if you wanted you could T into the line also .
