buy a radiator fin comb... you can use it to re-set the gaps on the fins... take it off hose it or blow with air from behind...
not that hard to do really..

you shouldnt have to take it off if u wana clean it, but then again id prob want to just so i know how, if i were to do it id prob just do a trial and error type of thing and see what works

I just did this today! Four bolts "12mm" connect the Y-pipe to the tmic, take those off dont drop them or your done! after than, 2 "12mm" bolts for your bypass valve, dont take it off the recirc. unscrew the clamp that hold the black hose that connect the tmic to the intake manifold. pull the hoses off the pipes that are connected to the front of the tmic, and the last 2 "12mm" bolts that attack the tmic to the bracket "left and right side of the tmic" now take it off!

to put it back on.................you guessed it everything ^^^^ in reverse!!!!

dont put water in the tmic unless you plan on letting it dry before reinstalling it. I could just see someone doing that, and no it wasnt me! "im smatter than that

remove hard-line in front of ic,
unbolt BOV but leave it hanging on the hose.
loosen hose clamps on throttle body to ic hose.
loosen hose clamp on compressor outlet hose.
unbolt one each bolt on either side of ic that holds it to the brackets.
unbolt the driver side bracket from the car.
tilt ic up and with the driver side far corner leading lift out the ic.
put something over the throttle body opening and the compressor outlet to keep bugs and crickets, and bolts (mostly)from flying in there.

    to reinstall
lube the inside lip of the hose lightly with assembly lube.
put the hose on the throttle body, (just the hose)
with passenger front corner leading compressor outlet goes on first, then follow through coming directly down on the tb hose,
use a flat head or a dull awl punch to carefully run the lip over the tb opening.
holding the ic in place put the driver side bracket in place, snug up the tb hose make sure you clamp it square.
next snug up compressor outlet, using that metal nub as a point to apply pressure. make double sure you get enough hose on there, the tighten it down square.

tighten down ic to brackets, reinstall bov, reinstall hard-line. if you have any problems..... PM erik.
