I am located in Fargo, and willing to travel for the right car. I have owned a few GC RS's now, and I think it is time to play a little with the older LGT. I am willing to pay top dollar for the right car. The more stock, the better. If you know anyone selling one, or you are interested in selling yours, please PM me. My RS is sold as of this Friday, and I am gonna be searching high and low until then to try find one to purchase this weekend.

I'm guessing I am going to have about as much luck as I did looking for my RS coupes....

yeah, I looked at the one on CL....Guy is shhaddddyyyyy "No Title" "Just gave it to my brother" "I can't drive it to show you, it has no insurance" (yet he is seen on Main driving it by our shop)...There is a HOLE in the rear quarter, clutch is shot, door cards are destroyed from the 1st owners dogs claws....It is worth $2000, not $3800, and he is only willing to go down to $3600....Buy it up, and enjoy haha.

I don't want a project. I'd rather start with a nice example on a LGT, and build from that. I hate buying other peoples 'trials and errors' (in most instances)

There is a white one that is always over in south Moorhead, has a for sale sign on it. I see it once in a while at the Walgreens right off 94. If I see it parked I'll stop in there, owner might work there as often as I see it.

Would it matter if it's an auto? Not sure what kind of project you had in mind but I could guess................I'll probably stop in later today to get some ideas on my project.

I would take an auto LGT, if it was the 'right' one (ie - no/little rust, near perfect interior, lower miles, etc...)

Look on autotrader if your willing to travel. I got my 98' LGT from san Diego, absolutely mint and unmolested, and even after paying for my dad to fly out and drive it back, I was still a few G's under what people wanted around here for a rusty midwest car.

picked up a 99' Legacy SUS Limited. Exterior is meh, but interior is near mint. It has some tranny issues, that I am hoping will be able to be resolved inexpensively....otherwise my gamble here might now pay off as planned.

So this thread should now read: WTB - Cheap 2.5 Auto Trans for 99 SUS or Outback. haha

    If you find out if it's the same ratio, I have a 4eat from a 92' T-leg.
