$8300.00 Probably cost almost double to fix it.
White :D Mama Bnuts calls silver cars "old people" cars. She'd beat me if I tried parking a silver one in her drive way.
Right? Little elbow grease and she'll be mint. 2 of them are scuffed :( But all seem to be straight.

Who doesn't enjoy yelling because the AC cap fell behind the timing belt cover. Yup almost scrapped it last night just because of that.

I think my Nav was telling me where he landed lol because it kept saying I was right outside Baltimore.

Lullz. I had little nonsense like that drive me nuts while trying to restore the car after the flood. Dropping nuts in unretrievable locations and whatnot. It's always worse when you work late and are tired and grumpy! lol

The worst is when you swear the nut or bolt dropped all the way down onto the ground and then you spend 20 min looking in a 50 ft circle around your car only to come up empty handed..

I'd say the worst is when you put body clips in your pocket, assume you put them by the windshield or in the interior and look for an hour before you realize its in your pocket when it stabs you.

Good luck, it looks like a heck of a project, hopefully you are finding parts cheap. Nice 67 vw, I had a 66 beetle that was fun/easy to work on. I imagine that is even easier to get to things.

Will upload pics tonight. Giant holes in the quarters at the moment. But everything is pulled. Just need to cut and weld.

*Note: Subaru will give you tail light pockets with a rear quarter panel(usually buy separate with a lot of companies). But will not supply the lower half to a radiator support. Just fyi*

After cutting and grinding a day away. This is what I have. Plus the right quarter is almost off to just to cut a few more welds.

All I need is tangledupinblu to help with some sound deadener. :D Ha...haaa....I don't know if anyone got that... No offence tangled!
