Hey all! I'm Emma I joined a few months ago, but just now introducing myself. I am completely new to Subaru but I love them so far. I'm the proud owner of a new 2013 Subaru BRZ, which I have absolutely loved so far, and I cant wait to do a few modifications to it next spring!
Welcome! Post up some pics, can't say I have seen a Red BRZ yet. I have this itch to buy a BRZ myself.
Hey! I think I've been parking next to you for the last 5 months in the white wrx! we may have spoke that one time. Sorry I havent been around I actually sold it but I'm sure I'll see you around! Oh and btw welcome!
Hey! I was wondering where your WRX has been, sad to see it go, it was a nice. Not to mention its been lonely parking back there, and I am surprised that I have not seen you around except for that one time. What do you have planned for your next car? Nice to meet you! I was wondering who that belonged to. Sorry for the lack of quality, but I haven't had time to take high quality pictures
Yeah i know, not sure why that is, conflicting schedules i guess. Sorry about leaving you hanging, you'll just have to start a new row i guess! i can't say i've seen your car though in awhile. But the plans for the next car are up in the air right now, looking to emerge into the BMW world. Either way i'm still fairly active here. and still a subaru owner at heart...
Its been around, less and less tho, I had to get myself a winter car so I have been driving that more frequently, there is no way I am going to drive my BRZ in the winter. Any reason for the BMW?
Just so some snow tires on there and you should be fine! But no the wrx was fun but lacking something and I had been running through my head to get rid of it for awhile. But basically I test drove several cars and the 335i on that list and it felt as it had that missing piece I was looking for. The wrx lacked feel it was stupid fast but felt numb. Basically I'm looking for something to cross the gap between a brz and the wrx...both straight line fast but can still be fun in the corners. Not to mention the extra admenedites bimmers have
I think admenedites are the german word for "punctuation." Judging by his post, I would guess that he wants a BMW so he can properly punctuate sentences, with commas to separate thoughts.
Hahaha! Again, interesting. I just dont see the appeal of BWM's i guess, no offense, but lemme know what you decide. And of course i must say, if you havnt driven a brz yet, i would suggest it. It is totally worth it, im sure i will put on a sway bar, and it will beast around corners like you wont imagine, but wont have the same turbo pull as a wrx. But id sell a BRZ to anyone, i love them.
A nice set of winter tires and you should be fine. Well for the most part or until we get 6" of snow.
