I've got one of the newest generation Hobart Handler 140 welders that comes with the all aluminum wire feed system (way better than the plastic one available on comparable Lincolns and many other store brands), upgraded ground clamp, 5 heat settings (vs 4). This is a 120V welder that can weld flux core or MIG (i.e. with gas).

These are probably the single best entrance welder you can get. Super reliable (Hobart is owned by Miller, and they share many of the same components between welders), powerful, and have a wonderfully smooth arc. There is probably no better machine to learn to weld than this one, and that is why it is one of the most popular 120V welders out there. They are made in Troy Ohio! They are the type of machine to run for decades without any problems.

I merely am selling this welder because I am going to be getting a 220V welder that can do 3/16 to 1/4 aluminum ($$$). It goes without saying, but everything works as it should on this machine, and it's an excellent 120V welder.

    Included with this welder is:
NEW Miller Argon or C25 regulator (Miller owns Smith, so it's just Smith regulator stamped with Miller- it is a top quality regulator).
NEW Gas Hose with flare fitting at one end to screw directly into the welder with no leaks
5 NEW Genuine Hobart/Miller Extra 0.030 Contact tips (plus there is one installed on the machine right now)
Flux core nozzle (smaller profile than MIG nozzle for easier sight of welding and protects the gas vents in the MIG gun when using spatter prone flux core wire)
    MIG nozzle

Since I will also be switching to MIG exclusively from flux core, I will include TEN ESAB .030 Flux Core 2lb spools of wire. These normally cost $21.40 new, so this is over $200 worth of welding wire included!!

I'm pretty firm at $400 since I am including a lot of extra wire and a few extra accessories. All you will need to start welding after buying this is a welding mask and gloves ($30+ depending on what type of helmet and gloves you choose).

If you are serious about buying it, I am more than happy to let you try it out to prove it works, or, if you do not know how to weld yet, I can demo it in front of you.

For another $75 OBO, I can include 8 more spools of wire.

Forgot the spool adapter....allows you to use 11/12 lbs spools instead of 2lb spools
