Holy crap, I have a new job (kind of)

Subaru's advertising is coming to Minneapolis

 

I used to work for Fallon, after Porsche, during BMW. Worked on the web launches of the Z8 and X5, and the start of the BMW Films project.

As cool as it may sound to be able to say "I was in charge of all web hosting for BMW USA" it was in fact, a huge PITA, not because of the technical side, which was normal stuff, but working with BMW was, well, a different sort of experience.

 

does that mean that you'll get a subaru in the building?

It will be in our parking garage. We drive our cars. Not park them in buildings. :biggrin:

Our Boxster was regularly at BIR, etc.

At least now I will have a car to go ice racing with. I will probably start looking for a Subaru in the next few months.

You guys should be on the hit list for one of the first new STi's when they hit these shores.

It will be leased. So we will be limited to Subaru installed parts and wheels/tires.

Oh and it will be an auto. UGH!

 

I wish. But we can't have a manual transmission per agency policy.

Policies can be changed if the right people wish to make it so. You're in marketing; find your target audience (CEO ?) and persuade them to our way of thinking.

I'm a student at Miami, which does quite a bit with CL. Right now two of their interns are guys from MAS (austrian and german, btw chris if you read this go find Clement the 7 foot tall austrian guy he's an evo fan) and MAS does most of their work in town with CL.

I was really hoping one day to do M+C saatchi but now i'm going to go for the CL internship for sure.

 

I met Clement the other day. Doubt he remembers me. I will stop up and talk to him.
