Loved it.. I love wagovans... been really thinking about picking one up, boosted D16Z6 + RTAWD... soo sweet.. I will for sure if i can talk my buddy into building his rediculous idea (eagle summit awd car/van thing with a 4g63 swap)...
its tough to find one of those without LOADs of rust all over them. at least up here in MN. i was looking for one of those for a while. every one i saw was almost covered in rust.
One of the coolest things about that was that i have met the guy with that civic before. he was at ITR Expo 6 with me at Gingerman Raceway in MI. He sat with us during the banquet and ended up winning a Hondata S300 that he said he was going to use on his turbo wagon. while he was there he had a ridiculous EF hatch sleeper. really nice guy.
BUWHAHAHAHHAHA. That is the 075 guys, I went with them to Niagra falls for some honda shows. They are good peeps, the passenger is LUKE and is actually a teacher for a high school in grand rapids Michigan. You can find them all over on ef-honda.com
My mom had an 87 Civic wagon awd. That thing rocked. I learned to drive a stick on that thing. It was bullet proof too. It basically rusted in half before anything went bad on it, like literally rusted in half sagging against the drive shaft kind of rusted.
I first have to finish the CRX project I have (probably use the left over parts to put on a wago... plus an eagle/vitara z6, with a cheap 16g setup or something, unless they hurry up and come out with the B to D adapter plate, supposedly someone had one in the works, but haven't heard of it being out for public yet, then it'd be ls + boost) and finish up my scoob (body and swap), then it's time to play with budget honda boost... rtawd with a "6 speed" (5spd with Super Low gear, lol)
Great vid! Love the MGMT remix! Very, very cool cinematography! I lol'd at the guy writing a check.
