I got a great deal on the Competition Sway Bar set. 415 shipped. After doing a little more research I am curious if this may be a bit too much for me since I am never really gonna be on the track. If I did get this more heavy duty sway bar set would I not need to do much else for my suspension as in springs, strut, ALK, or anything else.
if your not doing track stuff then i say dont buy it....buy something that makes your car look nice instead...or a insurance money...
I want my car too look as stock as possible except wheels and tint because I got a 2000+ stereo system that I am not about to jeapordize. I am still under my fathers insurance so I got no worries there. I have already decided to purchase these cause if they dont work out I can just turn right around and sell them
IMO, tint itself is a sign to theives that you have something you're hiding in your car. If I was a thief (which I aint! Got that, punk?!), I'd go into a parking lot and find a car with tinted windows. It's more private to work in and they usually have upgraded systems installed. You don't have to agree with me. I'm just stating what I think.

Yeah Yeah I know but once I get my alarm installed very soon I hope I dont think it will be to easy for a thief to work under the steering wheel or even wanna be around my car after the siren kicks in. God **** that thing is loud
All I have to say is that I love my Hotchkis Swaybars. I have F&R installed and they make a world of difference as far as confidence going around corners. Some folks have a different opinion about suspension setups and depending on your application, you might be looking for your car to have a different attitude when cornering. I would urge you to also purchase the heavy duty Whiteline or Hotchkis support brackets as the stockers were the first thing to go when I installed these swaybars. BTW, these swaybars are almost identical to the Cobb tuning and Cusco bars and people have reported problems with them clearing the other lateral links when jacking up the car. I guess you will find this out for yourself when and if you order these.
