I am selling my house. The features that everyone here needs to know about is a 2 car garage attached and a 24x30 shop in the backyard with heat. Many of my neighbors are car enthusiasts, and often lend a hand, or tools, to help me get projects done.

I would really like to see another car enthusiast buy this place. It would make me sad if the shop turned into boat and lawn equipment storage.
