hey guys, i have a 2004 sti and i have a tbe and a cobb accessport, i reflashed to stage two and it seems like it is detonating... i have a cobb catted dp, with apexi n1 catback. everything else is bone stock. its like its ticking kind of ? when stepping on the gas, it did this before when completly stock and i had it reflashed with the stock subaru reflash.. my question is db performance on the cobb website says they are a pro tuner? are they any good and what kind of experience have you had with them. or should i get street tuned? thanks!

They spent 6 hours tuning Evan's car (Speedemon)... but Evan's car had a boost leak which they temporarily fixed later that day I think. Evan can give you his honest opinion.

If you don't care about seeing some numbers I'd just send a PM to Russ (WRX1) and have him street tune it with his protuner software... he only charges $50/hr and can probably get it done in 2 or less...

I remember Russ talking about it a while back. How come Russ isn't offering this service on the board?

Well, the biggest thing is the amount of time that I actually have to work on cars. Right now it is not a whole lot, and I already have some projects going. So basically just pm me and we can go from there.
