how much power can a stock internal ej22e block can handle?

    not for any longer than a weekend....
    I would say if you plan on making more than 230whp I would build it. but honestly ive been down that road with a na/turbo 22e, the power you will get out of it wont keep you happy for long. you have to ask yourself the unavoidable question and that is "how much power do I want? and when will I be happy?" if you come up with a number in your head, double it to be happy, and triple your budget.

    ha i figure 300hp would be to extreme for the engine. just wanted some answers.
