run a wire to the "hot" wire from the o2 sensor, then you'll need a 12 volt power source, and ground...its not hard, what has he been trying?

The only problem, is that the info you get off of the rear 02 sensor is worthless info. It is just going to tell you rich of lean, not how much rich or lean. The only way to get afr readings is to run a wbo2.

At least it gives you an idea of where you're at... I'd rather be rich than lean.

kinda, but using the stock rear o2 sensor still doesn't tell you how much rich or lean you are. Also around 14.3-14.2 it will say rich, and at anything over 3-4 psi, it is lean. I would not try to tune the car off of that sensor.

Even though these things are pretty much a waste, I thought they were hooked up to the front O2 sensor, not the rear.... :???:

The front o2 sensor is a 0-5v sensor and the rear is a 0-1v sensor. If you are using a autometer gauge, it only works with the 0-1v sensors.
