I'm planning on firing up the brewery this coming Saturday around noon and thought i'd open the session up to any of my Subaru friends who may want to learn to brew beer themselves. I'll be brewing a holiday beer very similar to Sierra Nevada's Celebration Ale. The brew session will start at noon and run around 4-5 hours long. Below is the recipe.
