I know I know, I really did try to search. I only saw something on 02-03's. I would guess its mostly the same method, but I was wondering if anyone with experience locally does them, and is there a black out mod for my year also, if anyone had any pics that would be cool to see.

look at my sig.. its pretty simple make sure nothing but the housing is being baked.. no bulbs, wires ect once there out of the car and cleaned up bake them for a few mins at 300 . then use a screw driver to pry the halfs apart and take out the orange. stick them back together and bake for another minute so the sealent can stick back together

There is a guy on nasioc (LightWerkz) that will do them for like $50 and guarantee no leakage/condensation, if you don't feel like doing it yourself. He will paint the inserts as well.

I baked mine with everything in but the highbeam bulb for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. (To make sure there's room for escaping air) No wires melting, no warping, not even a mess on the cookie sheet. (Bought a new one anyway) I used 3M Weatherstrip Adhesive in the channel to help get a slightly better seal, but I don't know if it was necessary or not.
