Curious what techniques you guys use to De-badge your cars, also since my car is black and already has 45,000 miles do you think the paint will look wierd if i debadge the trunk now?

you can always buff/wax it afterwards and it should look fine.

Fish line, hair dryer, and some adhesive and wax remover. Pretty self explanatory, plug hair dryer in, heat up wut u want de bagded, use fishing line behind the lettering t o cut through adhesive, spraying some adhesive remover on helps, after its off, more adhesive remover, and depending on how old ur car is, u might need to buff it.

i just used fishing line to get them off and then uses a razor to get the thicker parts of the sticky stuff down and then used gugone or whatever its called to get the rest off. my car is white 04 and there is no difference in the paint

When its like 90 degrees outside just park the car in the sun, no need for the hair dryer.

But then the rest of the car is a billion degrees so then you would need an extra towel to use so you dont burn ur hand when touching the paint.
