how to edit a .gif

    I have a .gif file I want to make as my avatar but it is to big and to long, how do you edit them???

    If it is complicated can I email someone the file and have them do it for me???

    photoshop or paint.

    in paint it is called "skew". in photoshop you just clicke image size
