hey what are the steps or the process to receive the mnsubaru discounts, do you just ask or is there an official card?? just wondering thanks!
Most of the places that give us a discount will do so just be telling them you are a member of MNSubaru. Russ
I just made an appointment at Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru to have 105k maintenance (including timing belt replacement) on my 2004 Forester. I mentioned that I was a member of MNSubaru and was told that I needed to show a card to get the discount. Has the policy changed, and if so, where do I get the card? Or did the service manager I talked to just not know about this discount? Thanks.
Yeah, the membership cards have been done away with. Tell AWDImprezaL or Bielke55 that you need something and they should be able to help you.
Not sure who I talked to. I called the number from the "Official MNSubaru Vendor List" post and was transferred to the service department since I wasn't just ordering a part. I forgot to write down the name of the gentleman I spoke with. After making the appointment, I mentioned that I was a member of MNSubaru and asked if they needed to know about that now or if I mention that when I pay and was informed that I'd need to show a card to get the discount.
