Now that it has been announced for the Fall. What do you guys think of it? Will people like/hate it? Would you buy it if you had the chance?
"Smurfette originally looked like a male Smurf with a dress and short, black hair, and the other Smurfs found her more annoying than attractive.Papa Smurf took pity on her and took her to his laboratory, where they locked themselves in while he performed "plastic smurfery" on her, before emerging. Smurfette now had a pretty face and long, flowing blonde hair. This caused every Smurf of the village to fall in love with her."
I liked this color when it came out on the E46 M3. You know, a decade and a half ago. It was also great on the late 60s, early 70s muscle cars of the era. Now? Not so much.
Hahahaha I drive a 2016 Subaru WRX Smurf-TI. SWEEET!!! Actually kind of like it. Guy who ordered a 16 from me on Saturday wants to change his order now.....
A raw finish car would be pretty cool actually... Minus the part where everything is ****ing plastic...
This is white. If you had a clear car, you wouldn't see anything. Hence, why there was nothing in the picture.
Funny that everyone's blowing up SOA's FB page saying "good job on making Ford Grabber Blue a Subaru color, bring back the STi hatch instead of ugly colors!" Haaa.
That is a Mustang color tho but if you look at the old school grabber blue its a darker blue not as much of the baby blue or sky blue like this blue
I liked the poetic repetition of the word "blue". It conveys the inherent bleakness of life and eventuality of death. Also, the author's use of "baby" and "sky" gives the reader a subconscious dichotomy because we are all born a "baby" and return to the "sky" when we die and are cremated thus transforming us into CO2 which will eventually ruin the planet. Overall the passage could use more iambic pentameter and alliteration but I give it 7/10.
We have been new car shopping, looking at WRX & STI (not many around!). Test drove a used STI at Morries BP, they had just sold their only WRX. He mentioned they had a Hyper Blue on allocation to them. This was last Tuesday, they got a new WRX in the next day so we went to test drive that. I had been thinking about the hyper blue and my wife liked it so I had just about made up my mind to put a deposit on it - but someone beat me to it! I don't think there will be more than one or two in the cities- be almost a instant collectors car. Oh well it wont be coming in until October or so. We put a deposit on a grey STI that will be here in 3 weeks or so.
Calm down people, did Subaru ever say they invented the frigging color? No. I don't mind it. I'd have to be twenty years younger though. Besides if I had a nickel for every manufacturer that has it's version of WRB I could pay cash for a fricking hyper blue STI.
Haven't you learned? Everything Subaru has done since the 22b is terrible and we will complain about it.
