I am broke part 3 ??

    Last night I was infrom that one of my brake light was out..I am like "ok, no problem probaly a bad bulb".

    Replace with a new bulb...no good..."ok, fuse?" replace new fuse..still no good [xx(]

    Anyway, want to take a crack at this?? before I bring bring this POS
    to the stealership again?! please help, I will definitely be broke if I take this car in.... :(

    Is not like I have choice anymore...:(! I just wanted to save much as I can for the new car.....

    First I would pull the bulb and check the wies for voltage and/or a short. If you want, I can help ya with that. It should only take 10-15 min to do that.

    Start tracing back. Is it just the brake light, or are the running lights also out? How about the turn signals?

    Check to see if the bulb is getting power by using a multimeter or other means. If it's not getting power there, then check for power at the fuse. Then go from there.

    John, everything works around there, turns, running light are all fine..check power at fuse? Ok, soon as I get my hand a volt meter.

    :eek:, in that case Check your fuses under the steering wheel(its like a little opening storage compartment next to the steering wheel, to your left). You dont need a volt meter. Find the white tweezer in the cover under the main fuse box(near your washer fluid under the hood). Use that tweezer and check the rear lights fuse (they should tell you "which one" on the back of the cover of the compartment door). If it is split in half, replace it cause its blown. They usually have some spare ones under the cover of the main fuse box(where you got the tweezer from).

    See if this works Jonny Appleseed:D. I had the same Prob when I install those JDM tail lights cause they are too cool:cool:....
