Went to pull my foglights off, I needed to replace one of them, so I bought the Hella 500s off of TrisNiN. First bold snaps right off as soon as I try to loosen it. Damnit. I go grab the battery impact. It loosens exactly one bolt, the rest won't budge. I get the 3/8" butterfly impact wrench (the little one). It snaps the heads off the remaining 4. Son of a . . . Now I'm going to have to drill out 5 bolts and either tap them and get new bolts and drill out the holes in the Kartboy mounts, or I'm going to just drill the bolts out and use bolts with nuts on the backside. Still, since I can't run off to the store and leave my little boy in bed it means I'll be driving around for at least a day with the holes just empty. At least I can still run the wiring tomight.
extremely common, i sell them constantly best bet would be to hit the bolts with some PB blaster a few times for a few days, it should help
