I have the flu...

Not fun at alll, been in bed for 36 straight hours. Atleast today I feel like I've moved away from deaths door to the end of the driveway...uke:

Sorry to hear man!! The best cure for me is go out and buy a carton of OJ and slam the whole thing that day!! you will have a vitamin C overload and will kill all the bad in your body! works for me, so i thought i would share.

 

actually I take (4) Vitamin C 500mg at one shot...^ for sure "C" helps...

 

Gonna try the OJ, yesterday though I couldnt even keep teh water down.

 

Take the Vitamin Pills, just as effective...so that you don't have to keep piss'in

Best thing you can do is stay hydrated. Especially if you have flash flood diarrhea. Vitamin C is good, the runs can very quickly dehydrate you and you will feel like crap longer (literally). Anything that has tons of vitamins and electrolytes will be the best for you. And rest of course.
