of my aluminum oil filler neck because it's getting close to polishable. The surface used to look like an intake manifold.
The oil filler neck that bolts to the cam cover. I can't use it untill I put those dual cams heads on though.
hell if mine could bend like that I could sneak one in around a corner.... (waits for picture to be posted by martin)
Meh, I just had some down time waiting for some waiting for the epoxy to cure on my fog lights. I have other projects too, but they require more time and/or more parts. This weekend I'll put my injectors in and rework my fuel lines. I don't want to do it during the week since that will require several hours to retune and turn the boost up to about 26-27psi, depending on what she lets me get away with. If I had a welder on hand I could get my heads on, but I still need a timing belt, head gaskets, a tensioner, and to do some welding on the intake manifold. Should make for a decent winter project aside from the bodywork.
Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast. That's it from me, really. I threw some damn good times my first time out, if I say so myself, and I was smooth. That's all I was concentrating on. Smoooooth. Like a baby's bottom. And it took a crazy RX-7 to beat me in SI. I'm quite happy.
I would hope that in my seventh year of college I would be mildly proficient at spelling and grammar, but hey, I'll take it.
I'd let it go for $3200. I discussed it earlier with a friend and we decided it was a fair price considering the 9 month turnaround.
