    I like that he describes how he has treated the car as "pampered."

    IMO, pampering does not involve destroying a car.

    I think he just forgot to capitalize the p in Pampered...like the brand name of baby diapers. He smeared a loaded Pampers diaper on it daily, now it is for sale....it has been "Pampered" it's whole life.
