I need a roommate ((eden prairie))

I need a roommate starting June 1st through Sept 31st when my lease is up.

My other roommate is moving out. It's a condo in Eden Prairie, real close to 169 and Anderson Lakes Pkwy.
You would have your own room (kinda small), a walk in closet, your own bathroom and a spot in a private garage. House is equipt with dishwasher and laundry in the unit. Also has a porch and access to all the preserve ammenties. Outside beach pool, tennis etc.
It is fully furnished already (not the bedroom) with a newer sofa sectional, tv, tivo, dvd player, ps3, basic cable, house phone, and wireless internet. Bigger kitchen and a gas grill.

$400 a month.
