looks like if you combined the track and conditions of this event with the last, it would have been insane fun.
yeah, the track was great this time. The corners were laid out perfectly for drifting if you wanted to. There were just a few corners that would catch you off-guard if you came in too fast...
no worries there really isnt a wrong jdm pose. as for my vid, i have it on photobucket but it cut off the last minute so im waiting on the u tube version right now.
Look like we had perfect timing for the ice race. This is what the lakes up there are starting to look like today. This is from the Crane lake webcam this afternoon, which is even a bit further north.
i cant believe there still wasnt hardly any snow. last year we had a good 2 feet to delimit the course

I just cant wait for winter! I went out driving just a bit ago and with my ****ty tires and rain it was a blast, from a dead stop i made a 90% corner sideways it is so much fun. Where do you guys usually go and what are the rules and who makes the track?

we go to Orr, MN. Rules are have fun, be respectful, have fun, dont break your car. RichWRX hosts and makes the track.
nice, I had forgotten about those clips.. Now I can't wait to hit the ice again this year. The music seems a bit subdued for the footage though, very calming. Thanks for posting it up.
NP, figured the music was oddly kind of fitting. I still have about a hundred pics to throw up somewhere. so many a so similar i dont want to spend time to upload them. if you bring i a thumb drive to firestone i will give em to you ;-)
along way. bout 4hrs from the TC i think. Thats what it was when i went through duluth (slightly less direct route) around 3hrs the direct way, if you barely go below 100.... this seem about right to you first year people? its pretty much what i remember. and about 5 or 6 if the roads are icy... (worst driving experience ever)
