Ice Racing Fun

Here are some videos from my weekend festivities. We had our annual ice racing/ ice auto-x event in Devils Lake, ND on Saturday. Videos are from my runs in my 05 Impreza Outback Sport(auto), with some General Altimax Arctic snow tires.

Was my first time on the ice, really had fun. The automatic was a challange, ended up dropping it all the way down in 1st and just leaving it there.

I wish we had more event's(even if its 165 miles away all the time). The dudes in WI race every weekend, I'm kinda jealous.

 

Is moving an option at this point?

I've thought about it; however, I really like Fargo. If I found the right job I would think about it more seriously. The transfer opportunities with my company are pretty wide, but the jobs I could easily get in the cities area don't pay enough for me to think about making that move.

That looks like SO much fun. Fastest car at our event this weekend was a 01ish Chevy Impala(with studs of course).
