Is it too early to start an event thread about this? :biggrin: I did an AutoX school with Cole and Esperunit this weekend and it made me think back to how awesome that weekend in Orr was. I sure hope you guys plan on doing it again. That's assuming you would let a wrong wheel drive tag along. Hell, I already bought Blizzaks in preperation.

Well, I was thinking that a half dozen should do well:laugh::emo: They're mounted much better now, so they shouldn't rip off, and I can continue to blind everyone even on the drive home:roll: I didn't end up finding one, but I haven't been looking hard at all. For now the zip tie fix is working just fine.
^well we will see about that. i will be rockin STOCK power w/ the auto. but i will have better suspenion, and hopefully tires. so ya better watch out cause teh NA Auto 2.2l is gonna get ya! (this is gonna be SOOOOO much fun, i cant wait!)
techy.....you did do awefully good, but I never got timed on those tires, with 91hp and no sway bars......the car I'll be bringing next year, will give you one hell of a run for your money. besides....look at my times from january (I'm chris's 2nd driver, 3rd run not listed, but was a touch faster still), 3 runs in a car I've never driven before, 2 of which involved a spin, and I still beat a few of your times. you're a good guy, and I'm sure you'll do well, but don't get too cocky

I'm probably going to have the car apart working on it this winter so i might trade snow tire usage for some co-drives next winter.
w00t! hehe, your welcome to take some laps in mine if your car wont be up there. ill be running V5s on AGXs w/ a 20mm RSB. so it will be pretty similar to what you had last year. (minus revo 1s, 4 pots, and jdm goodness) hopefully i have enough $$$ for some winter tires. look at this i am already dieing to go and its not even summer yet lol
haha, wow little early to be planning for this, but hopfully i will be able to get my self a AWD beater for next winter, and let the teg sleep... should make for more fun in the snow. yes the teg is a going to be a race car.... and no its not an ice race car haha, still wish i woulda had better tires up front when i was driving it tho.
I'm a maybe at this point but I will try to make it. This is the most fun winter event that we do as a group, I'd hate to miss it.

Yes Chris will be there, he allready reserved his cabin. Im trying to get him to bring his cellica alltrac this time
hehe, just got a thing in the mail from cellular one saying the new towers they put up, and one of them happens to be in Orr.... so maybe everyone won't have to go to the middle of the lake for cellphone service this time =)

Rich I saw your wife in her four door RS with the Rally type stickers on the side. We were on 35 heading north to Grand Marais for a weekend of camping. My GF spotted it first, your wife was traveling south on 35 (late friday afternoon). Can't wait to come back up there for ice racing!

Yep! We had a group campsite at Cascade River Falls. We went to the Fisherman's Picnic thing and spent all day Sat. bumming arboud GM. We walked out on the pennisula and hung out on the rocks...unfortunately my dumb ass didn't put sunscreen on the tops of my feet, at this point I am certain that cutting my feet off would be less painful then walking right now. :biggrin: It's such a beautiful area up there, I am sure we will head back up in fall and again in winter. Should have kept my eye out for you...you were the guy at the Ice Race, you rode with someone else...own an Integra (hence the avatar)...right?
