    In another thread about buying a car for my wife I mentioned that her car had some transmission issues.

    Well, I got the new transmission today and started to do the swap over. I just thought I would post a picture of what happened....LOL:eek:

    looks like my wife's tranny from her olds, thats a gm fwd tranny for ya... never again will i ever own another GM product made in the last 10 years

    Big piece? Yup, about 10" long
    Where did it go? It's spread across I35 in Duluth
    How did it happen? Good question, it didn't give us any warning. As my wife Tessa described it... "Clunk, clank clank clank, fwap fwap no power"

    what happend on my wifes car is the diff pin decided it didnt wanna stay in anymore

    pretty much what happened here. What your looking at is where the two axles meet.
