...Might I recommend you catch a show at the Brave New Workshop? For those of you who don't know, the BNW is a comedy theater in Minneapolis down on Hennepin and 26th. Every year they do a holiday show that's just amazing. This years show? "Stuck in the Manger With You, or Carol On, My Wayward Son" It's a series of short plays that are hilarious, and well worth the money. Here is a clip from last years show, "Manger Crashers or Three Wise Guys With a Pack of Camels". It's entitled "The Angry Fathers Chorus Sings The 12 Days of Christmas" The rest of the show was just as funny, and well worth the price of admission.
Its a great place. I saw "**** cheiney(sp?) and other signs of apocalisis(sp?)" there and it was great
Hehe, speaking of comedy, Acme Comedy Club has free shows on Mondays @ 8pm. It's a really good time, and theres a bar.
