After a long unsuccessful search for a decently priced and unmolested used STI, and a couple of german temptations, I decided to place an order on a 2015 WRX back in February. It was delivered on Friday, I picked it up yesterday, and I'm crazy in love with this thing! Has anyone else on the forum gotten theirs yet? Seen any around? I'm guessing that I'm one of the first few in the state?

Looks great in white! A part of me wishes I would have gotten one... Is the handling as good as all the reports promised? How does it compare to the german temptations you looked at?

^^^^ I'm located in Fargo. Drew hooks me up with some pretty good deals. Small dealership low overhead. Will be the 3rd car we have picked up there Discount on my parts also. Also great trade-in for my car. I hit 4 dealerships before I went there this time. Gave me the best price by far.

I've been busy... road racing bikes, working hard, got married, built a house, living life... You?? Hi Josh! Another familiar name! I can't believe its been so long since I've really logged in here... Good to see you're still at it! I would say the handling is definitely as good as reports have promised. Everything about the whole car is so polished and refined compared to previous models, handling being just one example. Definitely test drive one when you get the chance. As for the germans... I test drove some newer A4s and was not impressed. Very nice refined comfortable cars but they did not excite me in any way. I was really set on the idea of a BMW 335 for a while but couldn't find a manual, sedan, x-drive so I moved on. The BMW's motor was incredible but other than that I would compare the rest of the performance to the 2015 WRX. Overall I would say the WRX has more character for sure. The WRXs electronic steering does feel a bit funny, getting used to it... Not necessarily bad just feels a little strange. They were willing to deal. I shopped around MN, WI, and IA before pre-ordering back in Feb and it came down to R&G or a dealer out in SE WI. I saved a lot of money going with them and the customer service turned out to be much better than the twin cities Subaru dealerships I have dealt with in the past anyway. I couldn't be happier with the whole deal and Saturday was a beautiful day for a drive to go get it anyway!
I missed this my first pass through. I worked with Justin but I did meet Drew on Saturday. Great guys up there for sure and very competitive pricing! I would drive 6 hours round trip again to buy my next Subaru from them no doubt.
I'm good as well. I'm recently married, got rid of all our Subarus, bought a 350z, got laid off from my job, ended up with a killer new job, bought another Subaru for commuting. And yeah, I'm still here.
