i'm going to be a new home owner

like it says. i'm closing on my house today and its seems like its going to be a good day for me. it will be my first house and i can do what ever i want. i still dont have a subie but how about a picture of a subie. 4 blocks from vic and about 4 blocks from russ.

me too, my parents just made an offer on a house in Duluth for me to live in while I'm going to school. We figured that since it was too late for dorms, we'd throw money at a mortgage, instead of someone elses via rent.

Anytime anyones up in Duluth, let me know, you guys are always welcome to stay with me, we won't have alot of space, but there will be a hide-a-bed

i'm getting everything set up. i probably wont be done untill the second week of july. till then i'll keep you guys posted on a bq.

You shouldn't have moved close to Vic.. unless you plan on moving away soon. Once his kids are teenagers, the neighborhood will really start to get wild (well, at least for sure when tey turn 16 and start driving the antique STi around ;-) )

i'm planning on having a bq on the 10th of july. thats next saturday. i hope i can get everything done by then. the adress is 1803 margaret st. st. paul 55119. and did i mention by moving a 1/2 a mile up from where i used to live. my insurance went down. whoo hoo.

 

It's official, well sort of, they accepted the offer, we're going up for final inspection next week. my address will be 107 E 8th St, and like I said, doors are open.

 

the bq on the 10th is going to be delayed until i can finish moving in. i'll let you guys know when i'm done.
