Looking for some bigger injectors... Looking at going to a bigger set up.... I would like to get into some modded stock injectors, but dont know much about them. Heres my set up now Injen TBE Stage 2 open ECU flash What i want to go to... Have most of the parts... except injectors VF39 STI TMIC Grimm speed up pipe (coming soon) TBE Walbro 255 Stage 3 flash Just wondering what size injectors would be good to go with. Also if there are any additional parts that may be needed that would be great info to know. I would like to put down 250whp... maybe more depending on what this setup is capable of. Thanks Brad
I have modded stock injectors that are about 680cc. They work good and according to Tom I have room for more power. If you can afford the down time Pm WRX1. He mods them for about 100 or 200 bux. Not sure.
I believe that with a GM BCS your not stepping into the open ecu tuning, be it Enginuity or Cobb's deal.
wtf are you talking about?@!? Adding either new injectors or a new boost soleniod will require some sort of reflash.
Ok... So with that being said.. what kind of flash will need to be done with The GM bcs? Is it a custom thing or is there a map for this set up?
I should have a couple of sets of modded stockers on the way back to me in the next week or so. I am sending them out this weekend and turn around time is usually a little over a week. Most of the time they are somewhere between 680 and 700cc, more than enough for a vf39. Russ
You don't need a VF39... It's not the turbo you're looking for... I could trade you for my low-milage TD04, it would probably make a lot more power than your higher-milage VF39. You know, cause it's all worn down and stuff.
?? This really confuses me. What does milage have to do with power output?? there is nothing that is going to "wear down" enough to cause a vf39 to flow less air than a td04. As long as the oil was changed and the turbo was not overspun, milage will have little effect on power output. Russ

LOL i apreciate all the help guys... ozone has been trying to get me to trade straight up, my 6spd for his 5spd... LOL says the 6 is the "glass trans" not the 5... He makes alot of funnys... theyre just not all funny. LOL... On a side note... I will take that TMIC of your hands!
I have some un-modded stockers sitting in my garage, if that helps. Sometimes Russ wants a core - less down time if you have a spare set to send him.
