Hey everyone Im new to the site and bought a 02 wrx wagon at the end of September and have been loving it since I bought it. I work at Napa in Anoka so if any of you guys are up that way or around there and see the car stop in and Id like to get to know the guys around the area. Im living in Ham Lake so if anyone lives up around me let me know so that I can get to know the cars around the area when I see them. This car has many firsts for me, lol its my fitst Subaru, first foreign car Ive owned, first turbo car, first all wheel drive car, and first 4 door car. Im prolly missing a couple in there but thats all I can think of at the moment but yea idk what else to say but if you have any questions just ask.

Do you have pics? I used to live out in Isanti but know i'm in the metro. Make sure that you keep an eye out on the Event Section. We have weekly meets and a couple-few bigger get togethers that you should try to make it out to!

Welcome , congrats, and share some pictures of your new ride!!

Nice car! Good luck on the headlight resto, tried it on mine, polish didn't work, so had to buy some aftermarket ones.

Thanks! It still needs a ton of tlc but its getting there. Like on the passenger side door, im working on pulling the dents out then finding a front bumper has been a real chore. We have a 3m headlight kit at work that Ill try and see if that works. Its seemed to work for other ppl but I may have to get aftermarket ones if it doesnt work too well

Knowing @tehfuzz 's bathroom etiquette, you'll both be catching more than a glimpse.

And tape off the fender/bumper/hood/grille where you'll be wetsanding. You don't want to get the paint with the sandpaper.

hmm, the only wagon i ever see is @Ryan FailRad , minus the other WRB 11+ hatchback wrx. I've seen a WRB bug eye sedan around pizza hut off of lake drive though.

Heres what my hood looks like with the plastidip after the second round of the ppastidip cause the first one didnt come out even om both sides and I havent been able to fix it cause I've been busy or its been raining. Now looking back at the old pics, I think it looks better with the plastidip and I havent seen any other wrx with the hood like this

Seriously??? Youll need to buy a full can of plastidip and tape and some newspaper or something to cover the area and Ill do it whenever. Ive got a little touching up to do on the curves but yea Ill do it. Ive got Fridays and Saturdays off and if youre serious about it let me know and Ill do it. Im experimenting with my hood and stuff and seeing how well I can get the lines on the plastidip and theyre turning out pretty well so far.
