Ok, so many of you know of my whole transmission fiasco. It's all resolved, and I just got my Valvebody and Torque Converter back from IPT. They were both inspected and checked out fine, and the TC was opened up to make sure that there was no damage internally, which there wasn't.

I suppose it looks like something else grenaded in my tranny, and the overstressing by these was the straw that broke the camel's back. But long story longer, the parts are in fine working order. The Valvebody does have an electrical connector that is damaged, but it's just the plastic housing, and would work fine just being taped in place (according to Jon at IPT).

I can't afford to put these back in the car, so I'm going to be selling them. They have been unboxed, but never re-installed since I got them back. I'm looking to get $900 for the pair, or $450 each.

They're out of a 2005 Forester XT. I'll have to double check with the part numbers tomorrow, but from the research I did before it seemed that they were the same part number as the 2003-2006 4EAT WRX's, and the 2003-2006 4EAT Legacies. If you're seriously interested I'll be happy to find out and make sure that the P/N's match before selling the units.

I'd love to have these gone locally, but I will also ship. (buyer pays shipping, and PayPal adds 3%)

Ok, I've really got to get rid of these things. I'm closing on a townhouse in less than a week, and I want them gone.

Price is now $400 shipped (or local pickup) each, or $750 for the pair shipped (or local pickup)
