There are so many factors that could be involved here that a single picture like that will give literally zero to compare. Is the suspension stock? Original springs? Same size wheels and tires? Did it just come off a lift? Without knowing any of the above, my answer is potato. Also, I don't have an RS, but that information will probably help you get a real answer from someone who does.
I'm not sure about the springs I just bought the car and it seems like it sits way to high at 10 inches in the middle and the back at 11. All the tires and rims are same size and the car hasn't been on a lift. I just didn't know if maybe someone that is familiar with Imprezas would be able to tell me
look for plastic spacers up in the tops of the strut housings. (from under the car) I have an 05 outback sport that should be about the same height. but what you show does look a little high you could have a lift kit in there of some type or maybe some forester oem springs. take a picture of the wheel gap between the fender and the top of the tires (front and back)
at glance the back looks lifted. I'm hedging a bet that you have either a lift kit or a forester strut setup in it. examples the build thread this was from claimed 12.5" from under the bumpers with a forester lift. another example V
Seeing that wheel gap would lead me to believe it has been lifted. However, like I said, I'm not that familiar with your platform.
