So who wants OUT tonight? You guys know I got stuck on my OWN curb next to my house while parallel parking.
Wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for other drivers on the road. Actually I was very impressed with how well people were driving for at least half my drive home tonight. Between Maple Grove and Anoka traffic was moving pretty well, but then once I got halfway through Anoka I caught up to the people driving down the middle of both northbound lanes on County 7 going 25 mph. I couldn't stand it any longer so when I had my chance to get around the guy I took it, through deep snow, and then the f'er sped up as I was struggling my way around him! I still got around him before getting into Andover and I'm soooo glad I did because after about 2 miles of going 45-50 mph (in a 55 mind you) he had to be back almost a mile holding up a LONG line of traffic. He must have gone 30mph all the way up 7. Don't people realize that going slow can be just as hazardous as going too fast for the conditions?
Observations from tonight. Disabling ABS actually decreases stopping distances in my case... (2001 Impreza 2.5RS on Snow Tires) Sliding sideways down 10th ave elicits a standing ovation from people standing outside smoking.

I bet! I love watching cars slide around in the snow trying to complete a turn. I do that at every chance I get while turning. Just give the throttle a bit more gas when there's no cars coming and I've got myself a slide.
I took a few spins around the city pretty much I LIKE IT finally snow. Many cars were driving slow taken the 2 lines over 1 lines. On the way home few driver couldn't take the snow so I downshift a gear and took off but not the WRX wagon that was in front of me. We kinda race through the snow. We past many few slow old driver, gosh i want to see the faces. Fun as HELL
yep, woke up a couple days ago to this: yea, the mailman had already come up the stairs, but you get the idea, and now we're getting MORE?!?!? I miss my subie
