Hey all i picked up a 3gs from Justin on the boards here for a friend of mine. I need to jailbreak it and unlock it so she can use it over seas. Anyone good at this? I spent some time last night trying to do it but have had no luck. Any help would be great, i need it done by next thursday! Thanks!

I did follow all of the various youtube instructions. Either my device is different, i have the settings wrong on the phone, or i am doing it wrong. I seriously spent 3 hours on this last night reading and trying different things. I am no dummy when it comes to phones and software. I was in the cell phone buisiness for 10 years, and can handle a computer, but i am stumped on this one.
yea it is on 5.0.1, i do not know how to downgrade. Also i was reading and it says you can now jailbreak 5.0.1.
