what were the spring rates on those SPTs? how many miles on em....other important stuff? what are you looking to get for them, i may be interested. how does handling compare to those R1 coilovers i gto from you last year.
217F 190R Miles are around 25k with slight rust. These are WAY better then any sleeve coilovers. Just add them with some GR-2's or AGX then you'll be allset. looking to get around $150 for these.
interesting. should i drop from 450f and 400r to 217f and 190r? thats a big drop. i am still planning on using oem struts. (trying to figure out what to get)
sleeves probably killed your struts already, if you dont like the ghetto bounce then go with a spring/strut combo. You're probably more safer with springs/struts. But if you go back, the stiffness will be gone...it'll probably feel like stock with a few inches dropped.
those V4 seats are sexy. but i prefer the blue on black to teh red. although the new black STi seats are pretty sweet.
