if anyone knows who he is. WOW Great FMX rider. He'll be missed. This sux, I feel horrible. raw footage of the crash. I apologize if its not work safe. I dont know spanish. but i doubt if theres swearing. http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=5d3_1234274441
what is it that makes us click the links we know are bad... hah a...... watching a man die right in front of your eyes... mind numbing... kinda like when I clicked the beheading video out of curiosity and to this day I ask myself WHY
Very sad situation, as for the watching of it I feel the same way every time I see Dale Earnhardt hit the wall.
The outcome is the same, both instances you KNOW exactly what happens. The bone chilling effect doesn't go away just because you don't see his face hit the steering wheel.
This is the reason it isn't worth it to me anymore. To many people I know from motocross have been hurt and stuck injured for the rest of there life after flatlining. Pray for his Soul, Its fun to watch but.... sometimes the outcomes really suck. I was just at the FMX This last saturday 7th at the Target center. Lucky there weren't any crashes
sad, but did you see the way the paramedics handled him after the crash, riped off the helmet, moved his body/neck within 10 seconds of the crash, no c brace, and running off the course with him on the backboard and not even with his head taped to the board. All that movement had to have a bad effect on his neck injury.
That and Ayrton Senna. You don't know it at the moment it happens, but you always carry the knowledge that you watched men die live on TV. It always give me a knot in my stomach when I think about it. I decided many years ago to shy away from stuff like that beheading video. I have enough gruesome images in my head; I truly don't feel the need to voluntarily add more. RIP. Stuart.
Very true. They new it was serious, because I have never seen anyone get strapped to a backboard on hauled off someplace so fast. All the things that I know of head and neck injuries, they didn't do. The rolled him over right away, they pulled his helmet off right away, they lifted him up and put him on a back board right away. Yeah, it was serious, but they still needed to take those precautions to not make things worse. Rest In Peace Mr. Lusk..... Russ
:emo: This is sad. I was thinking of all the injuries that can happen after watching nitro circus last sunday, especially after seeing street bike tommy try to front flip a rocket into the foam pit and shoot right over it. It was a good thing i sold my wheeler when i did, i started to see serious injuries i couldnt shake off in a week, happening in the near future if i kept riding. Like Travis Pastrana tells his friends and family all the time, if he dies doing what he loves, he died happy. Hopefully it was the same for Jeremy. R.I.P.
This.. After that landing... It's pretty much a done deal. Pretty sad. I don't like this sport or care to watch it. But all those poor little kids that were there cheering him on and then to watch that happen. not good.
