We're looking to hire a help desk position. Position will include tasks such as: -Open trouble tickets -Follow up with tickets -Do basic maintenance on servers -Set up and test VOIP products (phones and fax) -Some after hours work including being on call -Moves adds and changes on equipment Job is in Burnsville.
