Alright I just got off the phone with Jorday, he has a request, he would like to make things fair and would like to have lots of fun. He has a reputation to live up to, cuz he drives a very........Xpensive car Audi A4. Well I drive a Subaru Forester, but doesn't wanna race me, but he much prefers anyone else with a stock WRX, he mentioned Vic's brother. Keep in mind for anyone who is even thinking about stepping up to Jordays level, he has been to BlackHawk and CBIR and he run's very fast on the street, especially on his feet. You have been warned! Now lets have some fun and see who's got what qualifications to shut Jorday down! C
I got a stock WRX, and I do believe that in fact he has an auto just like me so if he wants to go let me know when and where and I will take up the challenge. Is this a drag or track or what? I guess I should get some details before I get too cocky. I will also offer my car up for someone to drive if it is a track event as I dont have that much experience running in circle quite yet.
J Gardner, I think it will be a series of events, I cant imagine what but Jorday is very creative. Just be prepared! Skinny guys always find ways to slip out of tight situations. C
LOL!! Mushashi you crack me up! :-D I'm interested in simple comparison of acceleration.. specifically 3rd and 4th gear. Even a geo metro could take me through 2nd, with my wonder slipping stock clutch. <grumble, grumble> MNAutomatic.. I haven't yet owned a car with an automatic tranny, and hope to keep it that way as long as I can :-D. However, I expect a stock manual WRX to be faster than the A4.. I just curious how much faster it is. Might be interesting to compare against the automatic too. -Jordan

Noah, I'm glad you have it, I dont need anytime soon til the next AARRF event which will be July 17, 18 to help my friend break in his DC2 track race car, unless I decide to go drag racing with another friend with his Nova. Chong, I talked with Jack and he said when ever Jordy's available. Since Jordan is sick this weekend, it won't happen. Maybe next week I've betted on my brother... and have insurance for Jordan just in case it's an Auto Blackjack for the dealer LOL. Jorday's chipped A4 against a stock WRX... this should be fun }
