    Well it hasn't left yet

1000.00 if the guy doesnt buy it and you get extra parts too. Has new front axles, new rear drums and shoes, new clutch and the a/c has a slow leak and it's been converted to the new stuff. Pretty dependable car.

Just kinda gutless with the big tires.

An SVX, eh? Those had a 3.3 NA engine, right?

    Shame they didn't turbo it.

I still remember that guy from Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Judge Reinhold, hawking Subies and AWD. Man, I must be old!

Yeah the wagon is dual range,

Pretty sure it's sold just waiting for the money. Gave him a week and if he doesn't come thru I will let you guys know incase someone needs a great winter car. That was my plan but it looks like I need to lift the XT now and get the 14" Pugs on it. Picture of the wagon

that XT is WAAAAAAAAAAY to nice to lift! sell it to someone! ME no offense to any of the lifted wagons, but lifting THAT nice of a car is a waste of a car, expecially one as rare as the XT

what's wrong with lifting it? I agree, it shouldn't get beaten, but tcat takes really good care of his cars. look at that wagon, it's been lifted for what...a year, and he's had it for 2 or 3? I remember him posting when he first did the camo thing to it on USMB.

I do think you should keep the wagon...still haven't done the rear disc conversion have you? as far as it being gutless, you could go EJ22....everybody's doing it!

    Wellllll

I have the old struts that Austin gave me to lift the XT, only brings it up like 5 inches from where it's at. You also have to remember that he put short struts in and cut the coils to get it to sit that low. So I'm not putting a lift kit in it, just getting close to where it used to be and then putting the 14" pugs back on it.

It comes down to the SVX or the XT for a winter car but on the good side of that I just got into a VPSI Van pool for work everyday so I wont have to drive to much and I'm loosing my job to outsourcing sometime before March. So there ya have it. Everything is for sale. If someone wants the XT I'll start the price at 2000.00 and see what happens. Lots of new stuff on it and tires, a/c works now too.

As for the wagon, my cousin says he wants it and has been after me to sell it but he hasn't shown me the cash yet. He has till next week and then I will list it here.

I dont 4wheel my cars. The wagon was lifted just because I liked the look and like to be different and no I'm not going to CAMO the SVX :)

Probably would look pretty cool lifted thou ;)

As for switching the engine in the wagon, I'm getting tired of working on cars and Harleys. I need to simplify my life some just in case I end up having to sell the place because I cant afford it anymore. Did rent out a few spots in the polebarn for the winter so that will take a chunk out of the SVX balance. :)
