For everyone that knows about my situation, thanks again for all your support and hope that 2008 will be a good year.

Hey Ray (or anyone else interested) I do some occasional sidework cleaning/janitorial stuff and my boss just asked if I know anyone looking for pt work m-f starting 3:30-4:00 and the job takes 2.5-3hrs a night somewhere in St Paul I think. Its not exciting work but it is steady income and really easy. Hit me up if you want any details. This is all I really know about it at the moment. Good luck Ray
Just tired of all the BS I get *Mostly Customers* not you guys, yes customer wore me out lol...White Bear has treated me great, but I just feel I need to make a move now, before I'm stuck at the same position for the next 20 years. Just need a better career path for my future...can't see myself as a car salesmen for the rest of my life. The position I accepted from Aramark was a executive chef postion @ the GE Building in eden prairie Love the hours... M-F 6-2pm weekends off...That's why I'm thinking of do'in some other side jobs possible catering... Thanks guys for all the support...stay in this biz brings to many mood swings hahaha
Thanks bud, god knows I need some timeoff in car sales u have PM Motivation...I wanna see lights (oppotunities) through my tunnels. Who knows you may see me at Food Network one of these days...hahaha Dream's Garlic Butter w/Fried Rice
I saw that happen once at a pool hall/restaurant. It was the new cook's first day we found out, the last guy never cleaned the grease traps or something. We could see the kitchen was in flames and a bit later the waitress politely told us we weren't going to be able to get our orders. The fire was pretty well contained to the stove though, but must not have been fun for the new guy.
well how do i make my $100 bucks now for all the people i send over there? oh well...... best of luck to you with the change.
Ray...weekends/holidays off. Pace yourself, can you really handle this? Congrats Man, its a great step. Swing by the office sometime (edina) and do a bou with me and dave on your way home...dont even think about us on the way in
lol..Hey Andy...Thanks again for your business...Always a pleasure, hopefully I didn't give u too much bs...haha jk
hey Dave...yup the catering will be on my own...Probably start it after I get my feet a bit wetter with my next position...
I will still be sell'in Subarus by Appointments Only (Spare time, try to juggle 2 jobbers lol)...If anyone still needs to get a hold me call me or PM me I've had a great experience in meeting and selling to friends/family/MNsubaru members and I just don't want to give that up just yet...I just won't be at the dealership level FT, but will still have access to Test drives, incentives, and pricing for anyone who have questions..I will continue to provide for my current and future customers if they have questions. Thank you all for your support and concerns... -Ray
^^ And when the catering gets moving...if you ever need some occasional help, we can talk. I've worked in restaurants and event planning, and now I'm in accounting :ugh:, so sometimes I need the fast-pace back for an evening. Just a thought.
And I have a little catering experience myself along with a LOT of restaurant experience, and I am looking to start branching out from the daily grind. We should chat sometime
Thanks AmbeRex I'll keep u posted...Once my new job is stable than I will definately be looking into catering gigs...
