That was actually the first thing that caught my eye, other than the ginormous tracks of course. I love roof racks.
Cool! Figures Block would do that. It really wouldnt be that hard to do either. I have seen people do it on the older subarus (GL Hatches mainly). But they have a 4x140 bolt pattern which is the same as some 4 wheelers, so you can get the 4 wheeler mounts to drop them on. The part where this becomes easy is that the Subaru Rally Cars (WRC for sure, not too sure about Blocks) are the same 4x140 bolt pattern (look at a pic of the 06/07 WRC if you dont believe me). Thus this is just bolt on stuff.
not hard, just expensive. mattracks are built-to-order, can fit anything, but to the tune of almost $20k (and it's been many years since I've looked). also, only the prodrive-built WRC cars use 4x140 hubs. rallyamerica cars use 5x114.3. that hatch was probably modified to 6-lug and used a set of mattracks bought for a fullsize truck.
Ahhh... Guess it is just a prodrive love for 4x140.... either way they look sick, especially in JDM Green!
