I have a kiwi Bluetooth that I am not using anymore because I bought an iphone. I also have a code for a copy of dash command on android. The kiwi is 100 new and dash command is 50. I am looking to get 120 for both. Pictures to come this evening.
Is the code for the iPhone copy of Dash Command? The reason I ask is that Dash Command is less than 10 bucks on the Google Play store for the full Android version but I think the iPhone version is a lot more. Good luck with the sale, I run a PLX Kiwi and switch between Dash Command and Torque depending on my mood and what I want to view. Great way to see what is going on with the car without having to run a bunch of gauges. If you've never had a chance to play with these you should give them a try.
It looks like it's free on Google Play. This would be fun to have. Not sure what use I'd get out of it though...
Its free but to get the full features you have to buy a license. It looks like a license is $10 from palmer (the developer). You can basically do everything a tactrix cable can (pull pid data from your ecu) but you can do it on your phone. Other nice features are utilization of your phone's accelerometer to measure skid pad and using your phone's gps to measure lap times on tracks. All of the features of the app can be found here... http://www.palmerperformance.com/products/dashcommand/index.php Price drop to $90 obo
Bump for a great deal. Ben, you could probably get some decent use out of this, especially with the logging capabilities and all of the real time info that's available. You could also pick up Torque, the paid version is 5 bucks and you can design your own hair gauge displays.
Sell me on what I'd use it for and I'll consider it. It seems interesting, but I don't really see the value.
Bump, I have a brand new PLX KIWI Bluetooth in the mail coming to me. I just had the last one replaced under warranty due to the front plate falling off. Brand new Kiwi Bluetooth and a copy of DashCommand for $90 is a killer deal!
I got the replacement kiwi Bluetooth (brand new in box) waiting for a new home. The app is currently $10.00 and device is currently $100.00. $20 bucks off for a brand new set up. The app is also compatible with app capable pioneer head units (appradio2 and similar) so you can display and control dash command from your head unit.
