Is this still happening? I dont know for sure if i can go so i dont want to pre register but i really want to try it out.
Still scheduled. We need more entrants however. I belive that the final decision on running it will happen next Wed (the 16th). So anyone planning on going should follow the link and pre-register.
It's about 40 miles from Minneapolis, of course that's closer to 80 from Buffalo. Yes, we've had many STi's come out and play.
I should stress that in order for your entry to count against the cancellation threshold, you must pre-register via the link in the original message in this thread. If you don't, you won't be counted.
Well I just found out that I have to do Sat or Sun but not both so I am going to pass. Sounds like it may not happen anyway. Maybe next year for me.
From the current info, I belive we are only two people short of the minimum we need, and the rallymaster is considering the possibilities.
Mark, What are you considering the minimum? I am the eventmaster and the minimum is 20 entrants. Last I heard we had 12. The call will be made tomorrow am.
Now it's my turn to be corrected. We need 20 for the event but we needed 15 by Wednesday and we got that. The event is a go! We do need at least four walk-ins to make the event cover costs so everyone bring a friend. Anyone that was going to merely spectate, consider entering. We are in need of a scoring chief for the event. This entails compiling the results after the event and getting them to the rallymaster for distribution as required. You do not necessarily need to work timing at the event (although that would be best). Please contact me if interested. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend but I am doing most of the pre-event work (with a lot of help from Breon Nagy). Thanks to all that registered.
