There's a ton of extra room on the front page and thought it would be more appealing if we could enlarge the members ride pics. This will hopefully reduce the amount of some of these pics being chopped and make the front page look fuller.
FYI.. gregoryjames's picture doesn't load on the front page picture. It displays something like 'Place pic here" with a red x.
I think you should keep the design so it comes close to fitting on a 1024x768 screen. I don't see why you can't make people post a 200x700 image of their car if they want it to fit.
I think you may have missed my original point...there's too much blank space on the front page. i was just throwing out thoughts on making the page look better, and an obvious and easy solution is to increase the size of the pictures. Plus we all like looking at cars
There's no empty space if you're viewing on a smaller monitor. I keep one monitor at work set to 1024x768 and that's what I look at page designs on. Looking at pages designed for small monitors on a big screen is easier than looking at pages designed for big monitors on a small screen. You could certainly make that image taller, though it might force announcements off the bottom of the screen. Also, could we PLEASE use the correct form of "their" on the front page.
It's taller and the gramatical error is fixed. It's kind of weird... because the php has to resize the picture that it chose randomly from the member's gallery and then attempts to crop it... depending on how the picture was taken it either works really well or completely fails.
Where are the home page/front page pictures getting pulled from? Are they getting pulled from any image posted in the Photo and Video Gallery?
go to your USER OPTIONS, you'll find on the left side SETTING & OPTIONS. located under it you'll see EDIT VGARAGE. You can upload your pics to your vgarage.
